About The Position

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is seeking a Distribution Clerk for its Bristol, Indiana team. The role supports accurate and timely shipping in a fast-paced office and warehouse environment, with a primary focus on less-than-truckload (LTL) billing. The clerk handles shipment billing and documentation, communicates with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams, and helps resolve customer issues. The position works onsite at the Bristol facility and may involve checking shipments in the warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good customer-service skills, including working with customers face-to-face and by phone.
• Solid experience within shipping.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of D365.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of LTL billing, including billing, collating, and calling in shipments for carrier pickup each day.
• Bill OEM deliveries, customer pickups, and Dometic truckload shipments.
• Use D365 for billing-related tasks and order inquiries.
• Multitask while corresponding with drivers and customers and checking or answering emails.
• Complete exports with the correct documentation.
• Sort paperwork, check for signatures, and copy, scan, and email documents as needed.
• Cover designated email inboxes when required to help meet customer demands.
• Check shipments in the warehouse when needed, visually verifying shipment requirements.
• Sort paperwork by date and keep shipment documents organized.
• Work with Dometic Customer Service to solve problems and serve customers.
• Handle RMAs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
