Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to complete detailed tasks to accurate completion
Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines
Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions and manuals
Basic understanding and use of computer
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Receiving, pulling, packing and shipping products and marketing materials.
Accepting returns and refurbishing products.
Reading and pulling customer orders and shipping orders.
Moving material and product from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
Filling sales orders, or purchase orders for materials, products, or other stock items and distributing items to shipping or designated area.
Ensuring the warehouse is an accessible and safe workplace.
Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves, or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
Weighing, auditing and counting items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
Preparing parcels for mailing and entering them into the tracking system.
Refurbishing the product in fine detail for resale.
Maintaining the work area in a neat, clean and organized condition.
Understanding and following all company and manufacturer’s policies and procedures and assuring compliance with all attendance, safety rules, and regulations.
Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary and HIPAA protected information.
Willingly assisting others as necessary to keep work current, meet deadlines or maintain an even workload.
Cooperating with other coworkers and demonstrating a good attitude.
Performing an acceptable quantity and quality of work on time as required.
Providing proper training, work direction, and technical guidance for less experienced coworkers.
Attending in-house or sponsored training meetings when necessary.
Performing other duties as assigned.
