This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The Inventory Clerk accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations, performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels, and researches discrepancies. They also request return authorizations, pull product, package and ship returns and recalls, and provide internal and external customer support. This position assists with physical inventory, develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary, and supports the Inventory Department with tasks such as placing purchase orders, writing narcotic blanks, monitoring service levels, and breaking down deals. The role requires compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations. The Inventory Clerk must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. They will also perform related duties as assigned and must be able to work in a refrigerated/cooler area for long periods of time. Additional duties include DSCSA Exception Support, Inventory Control Duties, and Operational Support.
