This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The Inventory Clerk accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations, performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels, and researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels. This position also requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns and recalls, and provides internal and external customer support. The role assists with physical inventory, develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary, and supports the Inventory Department with a variety of tasks such as placing purchase orders, writing narcotic blanks, monitoring service levels, and breaking down deals. The Inventory Clerk must comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations. The role requires the ability to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. Additionally, the position involves working in a refrigerated/cooler area for long periods of time and requires a power equipment certification or willingness to obtain one. This role also provides DSCSA Exception Support, Inventory Control Duties, and Operational Support.
