About The Position

The Distribution Center Support Associate processes incoming warehouse supply orders from bank branches and field service technicians. The role monitors and fills requests accurately and promptly, prepares and tracks shipments using shipping software, maintains inventory records, participates in quarterly inventory counts, and provides phone and email support regarding warehouse supplies. The associate also operates forklifts and assists with loading and unloading trucks. This position has no supervisory responsibility and is full-time.

Requirements

• Two to four years of general warehouse experience or an equivalent amount of directly related education.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependability, safety consciousness, and work quality at or above organizational standards.
• Flexibility to perform multiple warehouse functions as needed with a sense of urgency.
• Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written English communication and reading skills, including the ability to read work documents, complete paper and electronic documentation, respond to service questions, and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and concern for data accuracy.
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification.
• Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to use ordering, shipping, and inventory-tracking software.

• Banking or financial services industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory spreadsheets and participate in quarterly warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide phone and email service and support regarding warehouse inventory and supply order requests.
