About The Position

The Distribution Center Associate supports efficient, uninterrupted workflow across the warehouse. The role keeps pack stations stocked and operational areas clean and organized, ensures materials are available for order fulfillment, and assists with general warehouse tasks and projects. The position is located at the TX Distribution Center in Coppell, Texas, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. The start date is November 16, 2026, and starting base pay is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Hustle and a tireless work ethic.
• Be self-starting, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time.
• Ability to be innovative and think on the fly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying.

Responsibilities

• Remove cardboard and waste to maintain clean and safe workspaces.
• Build and replenish shipping boxes at pack stations.
• Restock packing and shipping materials.
• Keep operational areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Support pack stations and other warehouse areas as needed.
• Assist with basic projects and general warehouse tasks.
• Help ensure smooth workflow to support daily order fulfillment goals.
