About The Position

As a Distribution Center Lead for Tireco Distributors, you will oversee the distribution center and work closely with management, customers, and team members. You will maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, lead team members in daily assignments, and audit completed assignments to ensure accuracy. You will coach and train team members as needed to ensure processes, procedures, and safety regulations are followed. You will operate equipment such as a forklift to pull orders, replenish stock, load containers, and complete other warehouse duties as needed. The position is located in Dallas, Texas, and offers a day shift with a salary range of $23.00–$25.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
At least 2 years of forklift experience.
Valid standard driver's license; some states may require a Class D license. No CDL is required.
Meet DOT compliance requirements, pass a drug test and DOT physical, and be at least 21 years old.
Be eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
Be insurable under the company driving policy.
Leadership and communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
