About The Position

The Distribution Center General Laborer performs a variety of warehouse and distribution duties to support daily operations. The role helps ensure products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position is hiring for first and third shifts. First shift is approximately 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a starting pay rate of $16.90 per hour. Third shift is approximately 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a starting pay rate of $18.40 per hour. Employees must be willing to work their assigned shift and accommodate overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes as business and production needs require.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Stack, load, and unload dirty tubs and lids into the tub wash machine.
• Unstack, load, and unload dirty pallets into the pallet wash machine.
• Stretch-wrap pallets loaded with clean plastic tubs and lids.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the distribution center.
• Assist with staging orders and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
