This Desktop Support Technician role supports the Department’s IT infrastructure by maintaining and upgrading end-user devices, implementing cloud-based collaboration tools, and providing remote and on-site technical support. The position is part of a collaborative team focused on delivering reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology services to agency staff. Work with other Data Center teams to set up new clients or to change existing clients’ hardware and software configurations. This position is not approved for telework and must report to the location listed above.
