About The Position

SellToJR.com is hiring a motivated Dispositions Manager to market and sell off-market real estate investment properties in Houston. The role focuses on connecting with local real estate investors, building relationships with cash buyers, agents, and other investors, negotiating offers, and helping close deals. The manager will use established dispositions processes, maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM, grow the network of active buyers, and attend networking events to meet prospective buyers. The company purchases more than 150 homes per year and offers established systems, training, support, and opportunities to grow.
