About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic brand ambassador and help provide an exceptional one-stop-shop cannabis retail experience. Reporting to the Management team, the associate builds customer relationships and loyalty by understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable products. All newly onboarded employees are scheduled part-time; full-time status is based on seniority. The role starts at $20.50 per hour plus tips. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the state where the role is based.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management assigns days according to workforce needs.
• Be able to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles, or up to eight hours for full-time roles.
• Be able to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Have sufficient manual dexterity to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.
• Be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
• Reside in the state where the role is based.

• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system while maintaining a precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, policies, and programs.
• Stay informed about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
