About The Position

STIIIZY Sales Associates serve as professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors in and outside the store. Reporting to the Management team, they provide exceptional customer service, share cannabis knowledge, recommend suitable products, and build authentic customer relationships that encourage loyalty and support sales goals. They also pick and pack orders, process cash transactions through the point-of-sale system, and follow company training, operating procedures, policies, and applicable cannabis laws. The position starts part-time at $20.50 per hour plus tips. Applicants must reside in the state where the role is based and be authorized to work in the United States; STIIIZY cannot sponsor employment visas.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign specific days based on workforce needs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reside in the state where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders.
• Accurately process cash transactions using the point-of-sale system and maintain a precise register.

• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, policies, and programs.
• Stay informed about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
