About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Sales Associate, also known as a budtender, to serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador in a retail dispensary. Reporting to the Management team, the associate helps deliver an exceptional, customer-focused cannabis shopping experience, build authentic customer relationships, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes advising customers on cannabis products, supporting sales goals, processing and packing orders, handling transactions, and following company procedures and applicable cannabis regulations. This position starts as part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state where the role is based.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days based on workforce needs.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a point-of-sale system.

• Pick and pack orders.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system while maintaining a precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training and operational standards and procedures, and stay informed about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Abide by company policies and programs and comply with applicable legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
