About The Position

STIIIZY is hiring a Dispensary Sales Associate to represent its brand and provide a customer-focused cannabis retail experience. Reporting to the Management team, Sales Associates serve as knowledgeable, enthusiastic brand ambassadors who build customer relationships, advise on suitable products, and help grow customer loyalty and sales. The position begins part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state where the role is based; STIIIZY does not sponsor employment visas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days based on workforce needs.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles and up to eight hours per shift for full-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity to handle and count currency and operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer visits and returning customers, and achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system while maintaining a precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, communications, directives, policies, and programs.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
