About The Position

STIIIZY Sales Associates, also known as budtenders, report to the Management team and serve as professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors in the store and outside it. They provide customers with cannabis product guidance and exceptional service, build authentic relationships and long-term customer loyalty, and contribute to sales goals and business results. The position starts part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. All newly onboarded employees are scheduled part-time; full-time status is based on seniority. Applicants must reside in the state where the role is based and be authorized to work in the United States. STIIIZY cannot sponsor employment visas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days based on workforce needs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles and up to eight hours per shift for full-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive customer visits and returning-customer numbers; achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point-of-sale system, and maintain precise registers.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, communications, rollouts, directives, policies, and programs.
• Follow legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
