About The Position

STIIIZY Sales Associates serve as professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors in and outside the store. Reporting to the Management team, they provide exceptional customer service, share cannabis product knowledge, build authentic customer relationships, and help develop a loyal customer base. Associates contribute to a positive team environment and support company sales goals, business metrics, and operational standards. The position starts part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. All newly onboarded employees are scheduled part-time; full-time status is based on seniority.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days based on workforce needs.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and create customer experiences that exceed expectations.
• Build authentic customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive customer visit goals, increase returning customers, and achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately by operating the point-of-sale system and maintaining a precise register.
• Look for opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, communications, rollouts, directives, policies, and programs.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
