Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations. This role is responsible for scheduling installations, coordinating technicians, managing job flow, and ensuring excellent communication between customers, field staff, and management. Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with scheduling or service management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch teams for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical jobs and installations
  • Coordinate daily job assignments to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, installation timelines, and job updates
  • Manage and maintain accurate scheduling software and customer records
  • Handle inbound calls related to scheduling, rescheduling, and installation inquiries
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
