Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews by setting the example
- Complete projects as assigned
- Direct work within Berg’s scope on assigned projects
- Communicate with crew members, office personnel, customers (owners, general contractors), vendors, partners, and subcontractors
- Teach, coach, and mentor crew members
- Ensure the health and safety of each crew member
