Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Flexibility to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily routes and dispatch drivers to ensure timely service.
- Support drivers in real-time with questions or service issues.
- Resolve customer concerns such as missed pickups, misplaced containers, or property damage.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Use dispatch and routing software, along with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage schedules and data.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote goodwill with every interaction.
- Handle high call volumes and identify opportunities to offer additional services.
