About The Position

A reliable dispatcher is needed to dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs. Training period will be done in the office. Once fully trained, working from home will be an option.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Established residency in Pennsylvania
• Reliable transportation
• Computer proficiency using the internet and Microsoft Office programs - Outlook Email, Word and Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills - Oral and Written
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a dispatch or in office customer service environment preferred
• Familiarity with the local area helpful

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service calls
• Verify work orders for accuracy
• Assist Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs
• Filing completed work orders
• Contacting customers when trouble shooting and/or scheduling work needs to be done
• Monitoring system outages
• Keeping Field Technicians informed of system problems
• Other duties as assigned
