About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Dispatcher to join our team! As the central point of communication between our field technicians, office staff, and customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industry experience is a plus.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily service schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Dispatch technicians as service calls are completed, ensuring efficient job routing.
• Schedule return visits with customers when parts arrive, aiming for same-day call completion whenever possible.
• Keep customers updated on scheduling changes, estimated arrival times, and service expectations.
• Maintain an accurate customer database with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate on-call schedules for service technicians.
• Communicate maintenance agreement details to both customers and technicians.
• Assist in balancing technician workloads and optimizing service efficiency.
• Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset, keeping managers informed of any operational inefficiencies.
