About The Position

At Ecowaste Solutions, our drivers are the heartbeat of our operation, and the Dispatcher is the person who keeps that heartbeat steady. We're looking for someone who knows the trucking world, understands the pace, and can keep routes running smoothly while staying cool when things don't go as planned. In this role, you'll be the hub of communication between our drivers, customers, and internal team, sequencing routes, solving problems in real time, and making sure every truck gets out and comes back without a hitch. If you have a background in trucking or transportation dispatch and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same, we'd love to have you on the team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations (Mandatory)
Ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating, coaching and communicating clear instructions to others
Physical Limitations (Lift, Carry, Move no more than 50lbs.)

Dispatch: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Route sequencing and dispatching
Communicate route changes with drivers
Check drivers in and out to insure a positive start and route completion
Answer phones and greet incoming employees.
Answer customer calls providing first level service.
Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned.
Other administrative tasks as needed
Work with others in a team environment to ensure accurate information and superior customer service
Communicate in person and by phone with team members
