Be the operational backbone of a fast-growing mobile pet grooming business, coordinating schedules, optimizing routes, and delivering a seamless, cage-free, one-on-one experience for pets and their owners. Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle schedules.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries and problems promptly.
- Reliable at-home computer setup and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Technology proficient and comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms, scheduling systems, and communication tools.
Nice To Haves
- Previous paid dispatcher or scheduler experience (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, comfortable plus selling, schedule appointments, and address customer inquiries regarding mobile grooming services.
- Plan efficient daily routes for groomers, minimizing travel time and maximizing productivity.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including pet information, contact details, and grooming history.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, address customer concerns, and manage potential issues with groomers.
