About The Position

This role is responsible for planning, managing, and dispatching timely load and equipment moves to meet customer needs. It also provides daily guidance to NMC CAT drivers by determining, assigning, and coordinating their work.

Providing daily guidance to NMC CAT drivers by determining, assigning, and coordinating their work.
Securing state-required permits for overweight or over-dimension loads.
Ensuring compliance with all federal and local regulations.
Capturing essential information for equipment moves and resolving transportation-related issues.
Accurate data entry into the appropriate system.
Prompt and accurate posting of driver time and labor in ezLabor and Dealer Business System (DBS).

Responsibilities

Coordinates and oversees the safe, efficient transportation of equipment for customers by arranging pick-up and delivery within established account timeframes.
Responds to driver inquiries by clarifying tasks, providing instructions, and securing state-required permits for overweight or over-dimension loads.
Prepares and distributes daily route schedules by determining equipment, vehicles, materials, and personnel needed based on work orders or specifications.
Reviews, codes, and reconciles invoices and driver expense receipts, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the appropriate system.
Ensures compliance with all federal and local regulations by communicating requirements to drivers and support staff.
Handles incoming customer calls by capturing essential information for equipment moves and resolving transportation-related issues.
Approves, calculates, and posts driver time and labor in ezLabor and Dealer Business System (DBS) promptly and accurately.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
