About The Position

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Dispatcher in San Marcos, Texas. The role manages daily operations and forecasts future needs. The dispatcher creates and optimizes route sequences, responds promptly to customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints, maintains safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and company policies, forecasts and communicates equipment needs, and performs data entry and distribution. The dispatcher also works to improve route efficiency through regular maintenance and daily adjustments.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with some weekends and overtime opportunities. Work is in a small-office environment with a relaxed dress code. Starting pay is $19 per hour, paid weekly. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Expertise in routing pickup and delivery drivers and route drivers.
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs.
