About The Position

Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, is hiring a Dispatcher in San Marcos, Texas. The Dispatcher manages daily operations and forecasts future needs, helping coordinate portable-restroom, hand-washing station, fencing, and storage-container services. The role works in a small-office environment with a relaxed dress code and includes a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with some weekends.

Requirements

• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Expertise routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers.
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize route sequences.
• Address customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain safety standards in accordance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Forecast and communicate equipment needs.
• Perform data entry and distribute information.
• Improve route efficiencies through regular maintenance and daily adjustments.
