Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.

Nice To Haves

Two years of dispatching or administrative experience is preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
Dispatching experience in the Construction Materials Testing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Dispatching field technicians to projects daily.
Coordinating and scheduling inspections with subcontractors.
Tracking field and lab supplies inventory and placing orders.
Answering and directing client calls to appropriate staff.
Assisting with Company Fleet Vehicle maintenance scheduling and inventory.
Creating various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
Following up with clients regarding scheduling requests and reporting.
Performing various general lab and field administrative support duties.
Researching a wide variety of information requests.
Assisting with updating and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
Typing daily reports.
