Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry
Experience dispatching field technicians
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure

ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority
Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day
Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity
Provide timely, professional communication with customers
Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals
Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward
