Dispatcher (Service Titan Experience + Shift: 2pm-11pm Wednesday - Sunday)
About The Position
Southern Home Services is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative for Ace Solves it All, a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical business. The role handles customer requests and inquiries, coordinates communication among customers and company personnel, schedules service appointments, maintains customer records, processes invoice payments, and provides information about products and services. The dispatcher also troubleshoots customer concerns, develops knowledge of evolving products and services, and participates in training on products, services, and office software. The position is non-exempt and is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience in an office setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to complete tasks.
- Ability to work independently and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment.
- Patient and empathetic approach to helping others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons, and management.
- Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments.
- Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.
- Process invoice payments.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services that benefit customers.
- Participate in in-house training on products, services, and office software needed for the role.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
