About The Position

All Metals in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Dispatcher to serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and shipment coordination. Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service regulations is preferred.
Experience with McLeod is preferred.
DOT compliance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, record, and manage all incoming communication with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs and load requirements.
Determine the most efficient delivery routes and load assignments to support cost‑effective operations.
Ensure drivers are informed of customer hours, load details, and any special instructions.
Monitor driver daily logs and maintain familiarity with DOT Hours of Service regulations.
