About The Position

American Limousines Inc. is looking for an Experienced Dispatch Associate. This is a full time, in office position. No part time and/or remote options available. Daily tasks include: Identifying drivers based on skill set, licensure, and availability. Scheduling drivers for a variety of job assignments. Maintaining consistent, quality customer contact. Monitoring driver routes and start times. Monitoring traffic and flight patterns. This is a job for a driven customer service professional who can handle a fast-paced environment. • Previous Dispatch or Phone Customer Service Experience.
• Must have a working knowledge of the Baltimore metro area.
• Must be available for ALL SHIFTS.
