Join our dynamic Operations TEAM and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence as a Dispatcher! The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing daily service schedules, ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, drivers, and field personnel. This role oversees the dispatching process to ensure timely service delivery, accurate information flow, and exceptional customer support while supporting the organization's operational goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess computer skills.
• 1 year of previous dispatching experience in the hotel industry required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping and/or coordinator experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Housekeeping Department daily.
• Maintain Lost and Found records.
• Dispatch all calls to appropriate discipline.
• Communicate effectively with all departments, including engineering.
• Respond to all phone calls/ requests from guests and other departments.
• Monitor computer system.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with all departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in department.
• Walk the floors and inspect guest rooms.
