About The Position
CME Associates, Inc. (CME) is an engineering technology firm providing comprehensive Construction Materials Evaluation and Technical Support Services. Our experts specialize in geotechnical engineering, construction materials evaluation, special inspections, geological sciences, subsurface exploration, and investigative engineering. The Dispatcher will receive incoming requests for construction material testing and inspection field services and create a daily schedule for our field staff. Hours for this position are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- HS Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
- Must have good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
Responsibilities
- Be first point of contact for calls from clients, and maintain open communications regarding services
- Create and publish daily schedule for field services
- Complete report tracking and create project folders that include specifications and drawings
- Maintain open communication between technical staff and management
