About The Position

This is a part-time position responsible for processing student conduct, communicating with parents, and managing route changes. The role involves using phones and radios to communicate with drivers, printing and distributing route changes, and maintaining strong data entry skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Requirements

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, parents, school-personnel and customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics processes a plus.
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Process student conducts and contact parents regarding consequences.
• Work closely with the School Bus Supervisor to communicate route changes.
• Use phones and radios to communicate with drivers.
• Print route changes and distribute to the drivers and aides in a timely manner.
