We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher/ Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the daily operation of our charter, commuter shuttle, and transportation services. The successful candidate will help coordinate schedules, support drivers and the dispatcher team, ensure service quality, and assist with the efficient delivery of transportation services.

Requirements

Transportation, logistics, dispatch, operations, or related experience preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day coordination of transportation operations.
Support driver scheduling, training, and communication.
Monitor service levels and help resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
Maintain strong communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
Participate in staffing, scheduling, and service planning activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
