About The Position

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, administrative support, customer service, operations, hospitality, public safety, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as operational needs require.
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary dispatcher for the Operations Division, monitoring and responding to radio communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and dispatch personnel and resources as needed during routine operations and emergency situations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training records, certifications, inspections, and operational reports.
  • Assist with administering certification testing and maintaining certification records for Operations team members.
  • Ensure proper filing, organization, retention, and confidentiality of operational and legal documents.
  • Track and monitor attendance data in coordination with other departments.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management, including attendance, ride uptime, ridership, and other key performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational incidents, equipment downtime, and guest-facing wait time systems.
  • Support operational planning and communication through data entry, scheduling assistance, and administrative projects.
  • Promote and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with leaders and team members across multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Provide professional administrative support to the Operations leadership team as assigned.
