About The Position

ALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa, is seeking a self-motivated
professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher &
Logistics Coordinator. This position will be responsible for daily dispatching
of crane fleet and/or support equipment, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer
expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations. This is
an exempt, full-time position in a casual office environment. Comprehensive

Requirements

• Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions is preferred.
• Experience with aerial lifts, cranes, or other heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads and documentation is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
• Able to sit for longs periods of time.
• Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the equipment and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take.
• Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.
• Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Secure permits.
• Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT and company safety regulations.
• Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
