You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians.
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls.
• Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen.
• Manage technician on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams.
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation.
• Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals.
