About The Position

The Dispatch Officer receives and transmits radio calls to security personnel, monitors outside cameras, and receives incoming security calls. The role involves dispatching security officers and supervisors, monitoring security-related events and fire alarms, and contacting emergency medical services and the Sheriff's department. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

At least one to three months of related experience and/or training with CCCTV (closed circuit camera television) monitoring, a high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must obtain a Cache Creek Casino Tribal Gaming License.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Receive and transmit radio calls to security personnel.
