About The Position

FLOWER CO. operates a licensed cannabis delivery service and is seeking Dispatch Coordinators to join their customer-focused team. This role is central to the company's operations, requiring individuals who are customer service oriented, possess a positive and professional attitude, are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and have a passion for cannabis products. Dispatch Coordinators will oversee and supervise the driver fleet, support daily operations including picking and packing orders, planning routes, dispatching drivers, managing inventory, and handling cash. The position ensures customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and customer experience is continuously improved. Coordinators are also responsible for fostering a company culture that aligns with the company's purpose and core values.

Requirements

  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Proficient with business software systems or experience with e-commerce software.
  • Previous management and/or keyholder experience.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize issues.
  • Action and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work weekly morning and night shifts, including weekends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Punctual and able to support specific department KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise the driver fleet.
  • Support daily operations including picking and packing orders, planning routes, dispatching drivers, managing inventory, and handling cash.
  • Ensure customer SLAs are met and continuously improve customer experience.
  • Instill a culture at the depot that supports the company's purpose and core values.
  • Follow and update company standard operating procedures.
  • Lead a team of drivers to accomplish shift goals.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and roll out new systems and features.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on FLOWER CO. operations and services.
  • Report performance metrics to Operations Managers.
  • Problem-solve with other teams to resolve fulfillment, inventory, and delivery issues.
  • Complete inventory counts regularly.
  • Report all violations to Operations Managers.
  • Record and report daily metrics.
  • Abide by all cannabis regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Execute delivery operations by dispatching drivers, picking and packing orders, handling cash, and completing daily depot tasks.
  • Manage multiple drivers on route simultaneously.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and managers.
