Dispatch Coordinator

QTS OF ARIZONA LLCPhoenix, AZ
$0 - $16Onsite

About The Position

Every shift, you’re the voice that connects a dialysis patient to their ride, a wheelchair user to their appointment, and an elderly resident to the care they need. As a Dispatcher/CSR with Quality Transport Services, your work isn’t just logistics — it’s a lifeline. QTS provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) for individuals who are unable to travel independently: people with disabilities, the elderly, those in the final stages of life, and individuals recuperating from hospital stays. Our team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays, ensuring every client gets where they need to go safely and with dignity. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll serve a dual function: keeping our drivers on track and our clients confident that we’ve got them covered. No two shifts are exactly alike — you’ll juggle phone calls, routing decisions, and real-time problem solving, all while keeping a calm, professional approach with our clients and passengers. You will work extensively in MediRoutes, our routing software (we’ll train you), and must be comfortable with email and basic computer tasks.

  • Candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • Can juggle multiple conversations and tasks at the same time without losing the thread
  • Communicate clearly and with genuine care — active listening is a strong skill for you

  • Are seeking a role where what you do every day genuinely matters to real people

  • Assist drivers with scheduling issues or last-minute changes requested by clients
  • Log incidents, no-shows, and client concerns accurately and promptly
  • Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset
  • Review daily schedules and trip reconciliation; flag system or performance issues to leadership

Benefits

  • Team First. We’re a tight-knit group that genuinely relies on and supports each other. Positive energy isn’t a buzzword here — it’s how we get through busy days.
  • Meaningful Work. Our clients include some of the most vulnerable members of our community. You’ll end every shift knowing you made a real difference.
