About The Position

JWG Trucking is a growing dump truck hauling company serving general contractors across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beaches. We are looking for a sharp, driven Dispatch Coordinator who can do two things well. First, keep our trucks moving and our contractors updated so every job stays on schedule. Second, help us grow by building relationships with contractors and owner-operators who put more trucks on the road. If you are organized under pressure, comfortable on the phone, and you take ownership of results, this is a role with real upside.

Requirements

• Experience dispatching trucks, coordinating logistics, or managing field operations is preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to win and grow business.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm and dependable under pressure.
• Comfortable with dispatch software, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for hours at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach construction market is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch dump trucks daily across active job sites.
• Serve as the main point of contact for contractors, keeping them updated on truck status and arrival times.
• Match available hauling capacity to contractor demand and adjust schedules in real time.
• Recruit and onboard owner operators to grow available hauling capacity.
• Build relationships with contractors and open new hauling accounts.
• Track loads, hours, and job status accurately and keep clean records.
• Solve problems fast when trucks, schedules, or sites change, and keep everyone informed.
