The primary responsibility of this role is to answer inbound calls to Lazer Tow main lines. This position involves directing callers to impound & equipment when needed, collecting necessary information to set up customer tow requests, and utilizing map resources to determine correct pickup and tow destinations. The call taker will also gather information for the driver based on call circumstances, communicate effectively with customers and the dispatcher on duty to determine availability and ETA, and accurately create calls in Towbook software. This includes entering appropriate call details, charges, and addresses, and communicating all pertinent information in call notes.
