The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing duties in compliance with safety procedures, and ensuring the kitchen is in pristine condition. This role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and wiping down work stations. The Dishwasher also plays a role in developing positive relations with guests and employees, alerting supervisors to concerns about food and beverage quality, and following security protocols. The position requires regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and proper uniform maintenance. The Dishwasher will receive training and guidance from their supervisor and must perform all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures.
