The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing duties in compliance with safety procedures, and ensuring the kitchen is in pristine condition. This role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning work stations. The position also requires developing positive relations with guests and employees, alerting supervisors of concerns regarding food and beverage quality, and following established security protocols. The Dishwasher must maintain alertness and awareness of restaurant operations at all times and receive training and guidance from their supervisor. All duties must be performed in compliance with safety standards, health standards, the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, and internal policies and procedures. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned as needed.
