About The Position
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, utensils, pots, and pans using machine and manual methods. The role also maintains a clean and sanitized dish area. Duties include keeping the dish room and work area clean and organized, cleaning dishes and operating a dish machine, following safety and sanitation standards, emptying trash bins, and communicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staff.
