About The Position

The Dishwasher (Deli Helper Clerk) washes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other food-preparation equipment used in the deli. The role helps maintain department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards and provides excellent, professional customer service. Other duties may include cleaning deli production and service areas, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, providing counter and barista service, and performing basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling when needed. The position is located at 9803 Edmonds Way in Edmonds, Washington. Evening-shift availability, including weekends, is required. The stated pay range is $17.63–$21.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Available to work the evening shift, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and be accountable to the deli team.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion, and regularly lifting 10–40 pounds.
• A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other food-preparation equipment used in the deli.
• Clean deli production and service areas.
• Take out trash, sweep, mop, and wipe down equipment.
• Provide counter and barista service when needed.
• Perform basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling when needed.
• Ensure department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Provide excellent, professional customer service when needed.
