About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group and the Mining Exchange Hotel are seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support restaurant operations. The role cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans; maintains the dish room and dish machine; restocks items; removes garbage; and helps keep dish and storage areas clean and organized. The Dishwasher may also clean other restaurant areas and perform other duties as assigned. The position requires previous experience in a similar role. A minimum of a high school education is preferred. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours and shifts, multitask, and work as part of a team. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Remove garbage.
Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.
