About The Position
The Haymaker in Peoria is hiring an energetic, task-oriented Dishwasher to support its kitchen staff. The role involves operating an industrial dishwasher, washing items by hand when needed, completing daily cleaning and side work, and helping the prep cook and other kitchen staff, especially during peak periods. The ideal candidate is punctual, follows sanitation and health protocols, works well with others in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and is friendly and ready to assist. No experience is necessary, although experience is greatly preferred. Advancement and career-growth opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities
- Operate the industrial dishwasher.
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
- Complete daily cleaning duties.
- Follow sanitation policies at all times.
- Assist the prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.
- Perform opening, closing, and side work.
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately.
