About The Position

The Haymaker Thunderbird is hiring AM and PM Hosts to ensure guests begin and end their experience with a warm welcome. Hosts greet guests, answer and direct telephone calls, gather information, take to-go orders, manage the wait list, communicate guest concerns to the Manager, assist with to-go orders, and help fellow Team Members when appropriate. They also bus and sanitize guest tables after use. The role is suited to friendly, outgoing, high-energy people who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

• One year of hosting experience is preferred.
